How will my order be shipped? When will it arrive..? All our orders are shipped via Australia Post. If you are in Australia your order will be shipped by EXPRESS POST and will arrive in 1-3 business days (orders sent Monday-Thursday). What if I don't like my purchase, can I return if it's not right? Yes! We only believe in owning dresses that you LOVE. Simply send the garment/s back to us within 30 days* and we will refund directly to you. *Click here for full terms and conditions.
I'm usually size 14, what size will I be with you? The best way to check your size is to refer to our size chart. All our garments are true to size and based on this guide. If you're not sure, please just call! And if it's not right when you receive the garment it's no problem to return for a refund.
I am in between sizes on your size chart, which size should I order? Please send through your height, bust, waist and hip measurements in cm (to email@example.com) so that we can help you find the perfect fit. Alternatively call our studio (07 5522 1733) on Monday to Thursday with your measurements and let Tracey, our in-house Dress Whisperer talk you through the styles that will suit your body shape.
Where can I try on your dresses and where is my nearest stockist? All our dresses are sold on-line throughout Australia as we no longer stock in boutiques. However you are welcome to make an appointment to come and try on our styles in our Gold Coast studio. Alternatively send through your height, bust, waist and hip measurements in cm so that we can help you find the perfect fit. Please remember that we have a no questions asked returns policy, so feel free to order as many pieces over more than one size as you discover what shapes and sizes work best for you.
I haven't signed up to The Style Club, but I've made a purchase, can you add the points to my account? Our rewards program (The Style Club) tracks every order and credits points to the email used in purchase, so if you've made an order in the past but have not signed up to our rewards program your points are tied to your purchase email!
